Note: These terms govern your use of skybridgesystems.io. Engagement terms (scope, fees, IP, liability) are set in a separate signed Statement of Work for every project.

1. The site

This site is owned and operated by Skybridge Systems, Saba Gotsiridze, Tbilisi, Georgia. Information on the site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Submit false or misleading information through our forms.
Use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages to us or others.
Scrape, copy, or republish content without permission.
Interfere with the site's operation (DDoS, vulnerability scanning, etc.).

3. Bookings & consultations

Booking a free 30-minute consultation does not create a contract. We may decline to take on any engagement at our discretion. Project work is governed by a separate Statement of Work signed by both parties.

4. Intellectual property

All site content (text, design, logos) is © 2026 Skybridge Systems unless otherwise marked. Code samples published on our public GitHub (github.com/gotsiridzes) carry their own open-source licenses - check each repository.

5. Third-party services

We embed third-party services (Cal.com for scheduling, optional analytics). Your use of them is also governed by their own terms.

6. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind. Information may be inaccurate or out of date. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Tbilisi unless we agree otherwise in writing.
