2. What we collect
Information you give us directly
- Your name, work email, company, and answers from the qualification form on this site.
- Anything you write to us by email, LinkedIn, or during a discovery call.
- Booking details when you schedule a call via our Cal.com link.
Information collected automatically
- Basic site analytics: pages viewed, source/medium, country, device type. Aggregated, not personally identifiable.
- If you accept the cookie banner: third-party analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn Insight, Meta for Facebook/Instagram ads) for ad-campaign measurement.
- If you decline: only strictly-necessary cookies (session, security, your cookie preference itself).
3. How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, prepare for our call, and send proposals.
- To improve the site (analytics on which pages convert, where users drop off).
- To measure paid-ad effectiveness so we don't waste money.
- To meet legal and tax obligations (invoices, contracts).
We do not use your data to train AI models, sell to third parties, or run cold-email sequences.
4. Where it's stored
Form submissions and calendar bookings: Cal.com (open-source, GDPR-compliant scheduling). Email correspondence: standard mail providers. Analytics: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel - only fired after consent.
5. Legal basis (GDPR)
- Consent - for non-essential analytics and ad-measurement cookies.
- Legitimate interest - for responding to your inquiry and measuring aggregate site performance.
- Contract - when you become a client.
6. How long we keep it
Inquiry and lead data: 24 months from last contact, then deleted. Client records: as required by tax law in our jurisdiction (typically 7 years after engagement closes). Analytics: aggregated indefinitely, individual sessions purged after 14 months.
7. Your rights
If GDPR applies to you, you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold on you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Have it deleted ("right to be forgotten").
- Export it ("data portability").
