Basic site analytics: pages viewed, source/medium, country, device type. Aggregated, not personally identifiable.
If you accept the cookie banner: third-party analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn Insight, Meta for Facebook/Instagram ads) for ad-campaign measurement.
If you decline: only strictly-necessary cookies (session, security, your cookie preference itself).

3. How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, prepare for our call, and send proposals.
To improve the site (analytics on which pages convert, where users drop off).
To measure paid-ad effectiveness so we don't waste money.
To meet legal and tax obligations (invoices, contracts).

We do not use your data to train AI models, sell to third parties, or run cold-email sequences.

4. Where it's stored

Form submissions and calendar bookings: Cal.com (open-source, GDPR-compliant scheduling). Email correspondence: standard mail providers. Analytics: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel - only fired after consent.

5. Legal basis (GDPR)

Consent - for non-essential analytics and ad-measurement cookies.
Legitimate interest - for responding to your inquiry and measuring aggregate site performance.
Contract - when you become a client.

6. How long we keep it

Inquiry and lead data: 24 months from last contact, then deleted. Client records: as required by tax law in our jurisdiction (typically 7 years after engagement closes). Analytics: aggregated indefinitely, individual sessions purged after 14 months.
